La Zelmira S.A.: born as a family business on the field that has in the town of Mariano Acosta, Merlo, Buenos Aires, to the important urban development and the need for rural fractions suitable for transformation into private neighborhoods, Countries and / or Country Club.
The trend indicated that these enterprises should count as primary factor with excellent access to the City of Buenos Aires. In our project this factor is widely justified Highway President Perón, whose route passes just 2000 meters of it, being at a distance from the center of the federal capital of 40 km (30 minutes).

- A house for administrative charge.
- A house with room and bathroom to store machinery and staff housing.
- A shed to store equipment.
- Seventeen boxes for the development of equestrian section (these boxes also have housing for the charge of that section).
